Garlic mango kuzhambu

Ingredients:
Mango-cut into big cubes
Turmeric powder
thuvar dal- 1 table spoon
pepper- 2 table spoons
ginger pieces
Jaggery- 1 spoon
red chillies-8
garlic
fenugreek-1 sppon

preparation:
Heat a kadai.Put a spoon of oil and fry thuvar dal,pepper and red chillies.Add ginger pieces and garlic piecesand grind to a paste.
In the heated kadai,pour a cup of water and boil the mango pieces .Add turmeric powder.Mix it with the ground paste.Heat the kadai with gingelly oil.allow the mustard to splutter and add fenugreek.Pour the mango kuzhambu mixture and cook for 2 minutes.Add the jaggery.If it is thick you can add water.
