Mango kaara chutney

Ingredients:
Mango(grated and sun dried)-2cups
Mustard ,fenugreek and red chillies(20
salt
lemon juice-as much required to dilute

Method:
First powder the dry roasted mustard,fenugreek and red chillies.
Add the grated and dried(it can be dried in microwave also) mango to the powder.Add salt
Grind again.
Add lemon juice and dilute this as much as you want.
Note:you can store it for months since we dont add water or oil.
