Mango-Ginger Murabba
Grated mango-1 cup
Grated Ginger- 1 cup
sugar-2 cups
Ghee
Method:
Heat a kadai.In low fire put the sugar and stir it till it becomes light brown.
add the ginger mango and stir.Add ghee if it sticks to the kadai.
Then pour it on a greased plate.
You can cut in to diamond shape or make small balls.
